At Sparkles Cakes of Art we are passionate about our flavours and ingredients. All of our cakes and sweet treats are made fresh to order using the finest ingredients. Our menus are a carefully chosen selection of our most popular flavours but we are happy to tailor flavours to suit your requirements!
Our cakes contain three perfect layers of cake interspersed with three generous layers of filling, carefully assembled so they look exquisite when cut. Cakes can be coated with buttercream in a variety of textures or with a layer of chocolate ganache and then fondant icing for a flawless finish.
Allergen Information: All of our cakes contain wheat, eggs and dairy. Although many of the flavours are available in a Gluten or Dairy free option.

- Vanilla - A light moist bourbon vanilla sponge.
- Lemon - Delicate vanilla sponge infused with lemon sugar syrup.
- Chocolate - Rich Belgian chocolate cake.
- Toffee - Finest toffee sponge infused with a toffee syrup.
- Fruit Cake - A traditional rich fruit cake laced with the finest brandy cognac.
- Cream Frostings - Butterscotch, candyfloss, champange, coconut, english toffee, irish cream, madagascan vanilla, salted caramel, parma violet.
- Curds & Presurves & Sauces - Lemon curd, orange curd, raspberry conserve, strawberry conserve, salted caramel sauce, chocolate sauce, peanut butter.
